Innovative solutions addressing today’s challenges will be presented by LUAZ Care at CES 2025, taking place January 7–10 in Las Vegas.
The company has designed and is preparing to produce a one-of-a-kind electric vehicle for wheelchair users, called LUAZ Care.
The car’s advanced design allows for two additional passengers and up to 300 kg of cargo. This enables people with disabilities to travel independently and even work as couriers, significantly improving social inclusion and societal accessibility.
The LUAZ Care electric pickup truck will also empower veterans with amputations to live without relying on external assistance, giving them the freedom to move independently.
Launched in 2017, the LUAZ Motors project evolved from a simple sketch to the launch of mass production. In 2024, LUAZ Care received grant support from the EBRD and USAID.
